What Happens When You Call
I'll ask a few quick questions about your vehicle, the issue, and your location so I can bring the right equipment first time. For lockouts and lost keys, I aim to be with you within 20-60 minutes depending on where you are along the coast. For spare keys or non-urgent work, we'll agree a convenient time that suits you.

Based centrally on the East Yorkshire coast, I cover Bridlington, Filey, Scarborough, Whitby and dozens of surrounding towns and villages, plus the region's holiday parks. Not listed on our locations page? Give me a call anyway — if I can't help, I'll always try to point you in the right direction.
What Information to Have Ready
To give you an accurate quote over the phone, it helps to have the following to hand: your vehicle's make, model and year; whether you have any working keys left; your current location or postcode; and ideally the V5 logbook or proof of ownership for security checks on lost key jobs. You don't need all of this to call — I'll ask what I need and work around you.
Pricing & Payment
Services start from £99 and vary depending on your vehicle make, model, and the type of work required. I'll always give you a clear, fixed price before starting — no hidden call-out fees and no surprises. Payment is accepted by card or cash on completion of the job. For spare keys and non-emergency work, a deposit may be taken when ordering parts.
